Coach Wu Jie (Head Coach)

Formerly a first class professional fencer from China, Wu Jie has had an outstanding career both as an athlete and a coach.

Blessed with keen eyes and a keener intellect, Wu Jie can quickly understand the pros and cons of a technique upon seeing it. Coupled with his years of experience this allows him to tailor techniques to his student’s character and build. Ensuring that he provides the best environment for his student to create their own style of fencing whilst improving their fencing level.

Attended the Olympic Solidarity Technical Course

Attended a seminar on fencing for coaches by the National Federation in Asia & Oceania

Trained many students across all 3 different weapon groups and of various age categories to achieve impressive results (multiple gold medal winners in annual Novices competition, National Championships, as well as international tournaments)
